Services
Consultation services can be cancelled up to 24 hours before the scheduled time for a full refund. No-show or late cancellations may be charged in full.
Custom Fabrication
Made-to-order items are produced to your specifications and are generally non-refundable once production begins. If we cannot fulfill your order, a full refund will be issued.
Processing Time
Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
