Dispatch
Orders are dispatched after payment confirmation and QC. Standard dispatch time: 1–3 business days for in‑stock items, or as per PO for custom fabrication.
Coverage
We currently ship within India. For large/oversized fabrication, delivery is arranged via contracted logistics partners.
Charges
Shipping charges are shown on the quotation/invoice and depend on weight, volume, and destination.
Tracking
Tracking details (where available) are shared by email after dispatch.
Damage & Claims
Please report transit damage within 48 hours of receipt with photos and delivery docket notes.
