These Terms govern the sale of services and made-to-order products by AZCO Ventures (“we/us”). By placing an order on this website you agree to these Terms.
Orders & Pricing
- Prices are listed in INR and inclusive/exclusive of taxes as specified on each invoice.
- Custom quotations are valid for the validity mentioned on the quote.
- We may refuse or cancel an order if fraud is suspected.
Scope of Work
For fabrication projects, a mutually agreed scope, drawings, and specifications will define deliverables, tolerances, QA/QC, and inspection points.
Payments
Payments are accepted via online payment gateway or bank transfer as communicated on the invoice. Orders are scheduled after payment confirmation.
Liability
We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the order that gave rise to the claim.
Governing Law
Subject to applicable Indian law and jurisdiction as specified on the invoice or contract.
